Conditions
A deposit of 400 Swiss francs or 350 Euros is required when you make your booking. You will get an email from us, informing you to deposit the money by Paypal (credit card). Your booking will be accepted as soon as we have your deposit.
A booking can be cancelled by email. The cancellation has to be made 14 days before the date of transfer. After this deadline, no reimbursement will be made by Taxi Follonier. If the annulation has been made within the time-limit, Taxi Follonier refund the 75% off the deposit pay when the booking.
The rest of the payment has to be made in Swiss francs or in Euros on the day of transfer. If there are several transfers, the deposit will be deduced from the last transfer.
If the plane or the train has been delayed, or for some other reasons you are late, the vehicle put at your disposal will wait 60 minutes without any additional costs. After that, each supplementary hour will be charged 30 Swiss francs or 30 Euros. This supplementary cost has to be paid at Taxi Follonier with the rest of the ride.
At your arrival, 20 minutes is included in the price of transfer for looking for a chalet, a flat etc. After this time limit, 50 Swiss francs or 40 Euros will be charged for each additional hour.
